The HP 16089D is a Test Fixture, suitable for various impedance analyzers and RLC meters.
The Agilent 16089D makes it possible to measure odd-shaped components that cannot be measured with conventional fixtures.
Comes as shown on picture.

* suitable for 4192A, 4194A (Impedance Mode),4263B, 4278A, 4284A, 4285A and E4980A (and others)
* Frequency: 5Hz to 100kHz
* DC Bias: -35V to +35V
** Clip: Four terminal (Agilentot,Hcur,Lpot, and Lcur)
* Cable Length: Approx. 0.94m (from connector to clip tip)
* Terminal Connection: BNC, 4 terminal-pair

It will not be sold separately, only in conjunction with a mainframe.
